Harris is the chair of the board. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Master of Sociology from Makerere University.
She brings on board 17 years of experience in participatory training, monitoring and evaluation and financial management in health, education, Gender Based Violence prevention, environmental, Water and Sanitation.
She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Network for Community Development www.ncduganda.org . It is here that she has honrned relevant skills in fundraising, advocating for participatory resource monitoring and tracking methodology, documenting project outputs, outcomes and overall progress and promoting down ward accountability for quality service delivery.
She has managed several projects ranging from Health and women empowerment projects funded by USAID, Amplify Change, USDOL, Amplify Change, Paul Hodges Trust, Mundo Cooperante. Prior to starting NCD, she worked as a Program Officer with RTI International.
